SUB. INCREASE OF FLOOR AREA RATIO FOR RESIDENTIAL GROUP HOUSING AND COMMERCIAL PROJECTS.

Sir,

Haryana Cabinet is metting on 27 May.Some officials having public interest in mind have informed me that in the meeting floor area ratio for residential, group housing and commercial  project's will be increased.It is further learnt that no agenda has been issued and there will be table agenda for the item.You being the constitutional head of the state are requested to intervene in larger interest of the people and environment as if this decision is taken it will play havoc with life of people and affect the environment.

Colonizer lobby had been requesting the Haryana Govt. from time to time for increase in floor area ratio.No study of adverse affects of this move has been taken by the Govt, and the move is to benefit the colonizers lobby causing miseries to people.

I may bring to your notice that The Delhi High Court has issued

  Notices to Ministry of Urban Development, Delhi Govt. and others on a writ petition challenging the East Kidwai Nagar redevelopment plan.The ground of petition is that  the plan was made without considering  environmental implications, road space and rights of residents of the area.

Gurgaon already lacks drinking water, electricity

 and health etc. basic facilities Even the anti rabbis vaccines are not available in Gurgaon and with increase in floor area there will be LAKHS of more  flats.
