Govt scores ‘below avg’ in ADR survey
A survey by ADR, an NGO, across 534 Lok Sabha seats has found the Union government’s performance “below average” — defined as a score less than 3 on a scale of 5 — on 31 voter priorities.

The survey was conducted between October and December 2018 (before the Pulwama terror attack) and covered 2.73 lakh voters. However, they were not asked whether they wanted to vote out or retain the incumbent at the Centre.
