1 I'm a 21-year-old man.

For the last four to five months I'm not getting morning erections. However, I do get erections when I masturbate. Is not getting morning erections and random erections a sign of erectile dysfunction? Since a long time I have a habit of contracting my pelvic floor muscles while masturbating. Is this the reason why all this is happening? I don't know whether it is a physical or a psychological problem. I have read that lack of morning erections is due to some physical cause. I don't want my future partner to be upset with me. I really feel frustrated because I'm young and these issues shouldn't be happening with me. What should I do? Should I start taking some medications? Are my testosterone levels low?

First of all, the erection may take place much earlier than you wake up. There is no need to stop your tightening. Continue as you are doing. You may visit a sexpert to find if anything is wrong. I would not advice any test or examination without consulting your doctor. Very likely you are normal.

2 I'm a 30-year-old married man. Recently, I discovered that my wife’s left breast is smaller than her right one. I am concerned about the same. My wife is really nervous about this as well. And, it is affecting our sex life. We both are left dissatisfied after intercourse. Is it even possible to have unequal breasts? Or is something wrong with her? Should we consult a doctor? Please help us.

You must immediately consult a doctor to identify the cause, so that no unwanted lesions are there. It’s important to exclude any lesion whether serious or benign. The examination may include a mammography
